I am a registered midwife from Surrey, UK and live with my partner and 5 children including a set of twins. I have practised midwifery in various settings throughout London and Surrey over the past 14 years covering both the NHS and private sectors.

During my time within the NHS, I covered all aspects of midwifery care including antenatal care as a community midwife, labour and birth care on both birthing suites & birth centres and postnatal care on both the ward and in the community.

My passion for helping new and expectant to achieve a positive birth experience encouraged me to train as a hypnobirthing instructor., which I completed with with Katharine Graves back in 2011. This not only enabled me to help women but also helped me achieve a calmer, happier birth for myself!

I currently work as a midwife outside of the NHS providing support to new and expectant both on and offline. I have recently fulfilled a life long dream of publishing a book which was released in early 2022!

I regularly contribute to the press and media publications, appearing in the likes of Grazia, Mother & Baby magazine, Marie Claire, Huffpost, BBC, Channel 4 and more.
